THE FINE PRINT:
•We cannot move furniture, but will do our best to reach any visible places with extension duster.
•We cannot guarantee the results of blind cleaning.
•Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
•Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there will be a $50 service fee for our loss of time.
•We do not provide outdoor cleaning or garage/basement.
*We do not climb higher than a 2 step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with extension duster.*

What We Provide
STANDARD CLEANING
Standard Cleaning includes :
$150 for living room, kitchen, bathroom and up to 2 rooms.
Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures
Remove cobwebs
Dust blinds and windowsills
Dust molding and woodworks
Dust baseboards
Dust lamp and lampshade
Dust pictures and Knick knacks
Dust/vacuum/ wipe down furniture
Dust top of fridge
Wipe down exterior of all appliances
Wipe down stove and backsplashes
Clean all sinks
Clean all mirrors
Tub and shower cleaned
All bathroom counters and fixtures cleaned
Trash cans emptied
Make beds (includes master and 1 additional)
Stairs (vacuum or dusted)
Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped)
Vacuum all carpet areas
DEEP CLEANING
Deep Cleaning includes:
$250 includes living room, kitchen, bathroom and $25 for each additional room if time allows.
Washing ceiling fan blades
Washing light fixtures
Wash blinds and shutters
Wash moldings, wood work and windowsills
Wash walls
Wipe down base boards
Clean lamps/ lampshade
Clean pictures/Knick knacks
Wipe/clean furniture
Scrub stove top
Clean cabinet doors
Clean all doors in house
Wipe down light switch plates
Wash countertops/backsplash
Clean mirrors
Scrub tub and showers
Empty, wash and reline trash cans
Beds made (all beds)
Vacuum/clean any stairs
Vacuum/mop all floors
Vacuum all carpet crevices between wall and floor

Move in/ Move out Cleaning:
$250(studio and 1bed)
$300 (2bed and up)
These include total inside and out (inside cabinets, drawers etc) for kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Each additional room is $25.
